Monje-Murphy is a one-time scholarship (up to 60 credit hours) and is not renewable.

Intake Fields (CSU cover sheet)

  • Date of application
  • Student full name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number
  • Application year (current scholarship cycle)
  • Request type: first-time request
  • Applicant category: AGCRA member or Dependent/Grandchild
  • AGCRA active membership number
  • Current high school/accredited institution details (name, address, telephone)
  • Date/projected date of graduation
  • Current academic year (Freshman/Sophomore/Junior/Senior or equivalent)
  • Date accepted to Columbia Southern University

Required Packet Items

  • CSU Monje-Murphy cover sheet
  • Membership verification (or VP Membership validation)
  • Sponsor signed memo for dependent/grandchild applicants
  • Proof of CSU acceptance/admission (or submitted application evidence if pending)
  • Most recent transcript
  • Volunteering/community service list (dates + descriptions)
  • Military affiliation details if applicable (ROTC/prior/current service)
  • Leadership endorsements (minimum categories; max 5 letters total)
  • Personal narrative (typed, single-spaced, max 2 pages)
  • Head-and-shoulders photo with release terms acknowledged
