Description
Join us for the prestigious Adjutant General's Corps National Ball. This year's theme: Innovate, Integrate, Inspire! Enjoy an evening of honor and camaraderie. This is the signature event of the year! Social Hour begins at 1630 with entry to the dining room at 1800 and the formal Ball beginning at 1830. In order to seat over 1000 people promptly, we ask attendees to arrive no later than 1715.
Attire:
Military: Dress Mess, AGSU, ASU
Civilian: Formal Equivalent
Dinner Options:
Chicken/Beef Entree: Sliced Citrus Marinated Flank Steak topped with Chimichurri Sauce, Mojo Chicken Brease topped with Mojo Criollo, served with Yellow Rice and Lemon Pepper Broccolini.
Vegetarian Entree: Wheat Berry & White Bean Vegetable Purse with Vegan Risotto and Asparagus.
All meals also served with a Mixed Spring Greens Salad with Strawberries, Pecans, Pickled Red Onions and Goat Cheese with Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette or Ranch Dressing and either Ally and Eloise Key Lime Tart or Tuxedo Truffle Cake. Wine is available at each table with water and tea.
Lodging Options: The Convention Center is conveniently located in the downtown area with multiple hotels within walking distance or by short ride share options. AGCRA has not contracted with any hotel or reserved a block of rooms. It is recommended that those wishing accommodations make arrangements based on individual choice.
Special requests: Please use the provided comment area on the registration to notify the ball committee of any special requests. We will do our best to address any special seating preferences for groups, units, and Chapters and take note of food allergies. Ticket Transfers and Refunds: No Refunds within 30 days of the event. Tickets may be transferred through June 13, 2026. Ticket Transfers: YOU MUST USE THE AGCRA ONLINE PORTAL TO TRANSFER THE TICKETS AND NOTIFY THE BALL COMMITTEE AT NATIONALBALL@AGCRA.COM. You must present a valid hardcopy or digital version (using the AGCRA app) for entry to the event.
**Venue Alcohol Policy: No outside alcohol may be brought into the event. This includes personal flasks or unlabeled items. Failure to adhere to this rule may subject the offender and their guests from being removed from the space. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the event. Overly intoxicated attendees may be asked to leave the event. This is an AGCRA sanctioned event and the decisions of Ball Committee members are final. Please help us ensure this remains a world-class, professional gathering.
