The Adjutant General’s Corps Hall of Fame (HOF) was established on June 11, 2010, to recognize and honor individuals who have made outstanding and lasting contributions to the AG Corps. They are honored with a permanent display in the AG Corps Hall of Honor at the Adjutant General School, Fort Jackson, SC. AG Corps HOF inductee selections are made by a board of currently serving AG Corps senior leaders and previously inducted Hall of Fame members. AG Corps HOF selection is based on the criteria of inductees making positive, lasting, and significant contributions that perpetuate the history and traditions of the U.S. Army Adjutant General’s Corps.
Distinguished Member of the Corps (DMOC) are individuals of the same stature as the Honorary Colonel, Honorary Chief Warrant Officer, and Honorary Sergeant Major of the AG Corps. The Chief of the Corps appoints DMOCs for an indefinite tenure and may include Active Army, National Guard, Reserve Component Soldiers, Military Retirees, and Civilians. DMOCs are appointed to supplement and assist the efforts of the Honorary Representatives of the Corps. Their activities include promoting and enhancing the history and traditions of the Corps, promoting the warfighting ethos among Soldiers, and creating cohesion among members of the Corps. They are honored with a permanent display in the AG Corps Hall of Honor at the Adjutant General School, Fort Jackson, SC.
The AG Corps HOF and DMOC Programs are officially AG Corps-sanctioned functions executed by the Chief of the Corps per AR 870-21, The U.S. Army Regimental System.
HOF and DMOC Roster by Class Year – This link provides a consolidated roster of all personnel inducted into the AG Corps HOF and Distinguished Members of the Regiment/Corps (DMOR/C). The list is organized per the DMOR/C boards displayed in the AG School Hall of Honor. HOF Inductees are shaded in light blue and annotated with the year they were inducted into the HOF. Note that HOF inductees not previously designated as DMOR/Cs are automatically granted that distinction in conjunction with their HOF induction. Additionally, with the re-publication of AR 870-21, The U.S. Army Regimental System, on April 13, 2017, the term DMOR was officially changed to DMOC for the AG Corps.
