The regular price is $20 plus tax and service fee, but AGCRA guests will receive a 20% group discount, bringing the price to $16 plus tax and service fee per guest.
Important: Reservations must be made NLT Friday, 14 August 2026 at 4:30 PM ET. After the deadline, any unclaimed seats will be released to the general public.
To reserve your spot, contact Daniel Julian directly at djulian@heavenhill.com or (502) 272-2604, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM ET. Let him know you want to reserve seats for the “AGCRA timeslot on Sept. 12 at 10:00 AM” and provide the number of guests, including the ages of any underage guests.
You’ll also need to provide the first and last name of one guest, the best email address for confirmation, and a cell phone number. Email reservations will receive a payment link that must be completed within 48 hours to guarantee the reservation; phone reservations may be paid by card during the call.
Military members and veterans can also receive a 10% discount in the Evan Williams gift shop on eligible non-alcoholic purchases by notifying the cashier before checkout and presenting military ID if requested.
